Employees can request a counsellor with particular experience or a particular background, and continue with them throughout the course of sessions.

With Spill Safety Net, you can set up a regular team mood survey by attaching it to a recurrent team video call.

Before entering the call, all participants are prompted to answer a few questions about their mood, energy levels and mental health. It’s default anonymous, but there’s the option to share as well.

We don’t believe in long contracts. If the service isn’t working for you, or if your situation changes for whatever reason, you can drop us (or switch plans) with just 30 days’ notice. If you’re adding monthly credit to your account and building up too much of a balance, we’ll notify you to reduce your payments.
