Offering video counselling sessions and employee mood survey tools, Spill gives your team next day access — including evenings and weekends — to qualified counsellors for whenever they need support.
Our team mood surveys proactively screen your team and if anyone is flagged as suffering, a Spill therapist will reach out to offer personal support.
Admin tools give you full control and visibility over spending and usage, and our flexible pricing plans mean you can offer counselling to a few struggling employees or give proactive support to the whole team.

On all plans:
Spill is fully secure and all therapy sessions are strictly confidential. Video therapy sessions are over an end-to-end encrypted video service and all messages to and from therapists are secure (they can only be unlocked and viewed by the user receiving them).
No data is visible to either Slack or MS Teams: those are portals used for authentication into our confidential online platform. Neither Spill nor the company paying for Spill will ever be able to access the content of Spill therapy sessions.
On the Starter plan:
Spill admins at the company may be able to cross reference their invoices with the knowledge of who they’ve offered access to the Starter Plan, used therapy, as this plan involves the admin sending therapy booking links to certain employees and sessions are then billed on a pay-as-you-go basis. Admins won't ever know what users discuss with their therapist or be able to read any personal messages or notes. Apart from sessions attended, the company will only see information that employees specifically opt in to sharing, like feedback comments and mood scores.
On the Team plan:
Spill admins at the company can see the number of people who have used Spill, but no one at the company will know who has or hasn't accessed therapy, or be able to read any personal messages or notes. Apart from anonymous usage data, the company will only see information that employees specifically opt in to sharing, like feedback comments and mood scores.

Our mission is to make high-quality counselling accessible, affordable, and free at the point of use for your employees. We work hard to offer the best value, while still being able to hire the best counsellors, and pay for their ongoing training and clinical supervision.
Spill is available on two pricing plans, both of which are on a 30-day rolling contract.
On the Starter Plan, you choose who in your company gets access to therapy. Each therapy session used costs £90.
On the Team Plan, your whole company is gets proactive mental health support with Spill. On this plan, you pay £5 per employee per month for access to Spill and its proactive care tools, and £65 for each therapy session used.
Our admin tools let you control your budget and with Spill, you only pay for therapy that your team has actually used.
The Starter Plan and Team Plan are both available as a 30-day rolling contract — you can cancel anytime, no strings attached.
Your admin dashboard lets you set individual therapy caps and team therapy budgets. And as part of clinical aftercare, we work with each client to find the best options for them, once they finish their free therapy sessions — whether it’s paying for further sessions themselves or finding support in their local area.

Absolutely! We don't want you to be paying more than you should. If we see that you're on a plan that's not cost-effective, we'll notify you in the admin dashboard and help you switch to a different plan straightaway.
