- Employees can choose a particular modality, like CBT, if they prefer
- We also have specialists in a range of topics from bereavement to divorce
- If an employee has a condition, like OCD or ADHD, they can see a specialist
All our counsellors meet strict quality standards
- All counsellors are fully insured and have minimum 3-year degrees
- Spill collects and monitors feedback and clinical outcomes on all sessions
- Senior clinicians provide training and supervision to all Spill counsellors
