Spill therapists are made up of a wide group of practitioners from a wide variety of backgrounds, with an equally wide range of experience - 80+ areas of expertise, in fact! What they have in common is extensive clinical experience and a huge amount of knowledge; we only hire the top 13% of therapists after our five-step hiring process, so we’re confident that we work with some of the very best therapists available. We also offer training and supervision to all Spill counsellors, as well as regularly reviewing client feedback, in order to make sure that every client finds the best therapist for them.

How much does Spill cost?

That depends on the plan you choose. On our Starter plan, you can pre-approve sessions for employees who are struggling - but until they use these sessions, you won't pay anything. On the Team plan you can allow anyone on the team to access therapy whenever they need it. How much Spill costs is within your control - you can determine limits that work with your company budget

Which languages can employees have therapy in?

We offer therapy in more than 15 languages, almost entirely with native speakers, so that your team talk to a therapist in whichever language they feel most comfortable with. These are Armenian, Croatian, French, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hindi, Igbo, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Slovenian, Spanish, Tagalog and Ukrainian. We’re adding to this list all the time, so do let us know if you have any requests.

Is Spill secure and confidential? Can the company see messages?

We will never share anything about the content of your sessions or messages with your company. We do share anonymous usage reporting with your company but they will never be able to identify who has used the Spill (unless of course they only add one person to the platform).

Can I get Spill as an individual?

The way we manage clinical risk means that we can only support individuals who are employed - so we do need your company to sign up before we can support you. However, if your company signs up to the Starter plan and creates an account for you, we can help you pay for Spill privately.
